Bookings

Early arrival to your appointment would be greatly appreciated. We are a busy salon and work back-to-back with appointments therefore if you are running more than a few minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment to the next available date and time. For an appointment on or over a 45-minute treatment, a $60 fee will apply if rescheduling occurs. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Online Booking

We require 24 hours cancellation and/or rescheduling for all bookings. Any booking over or under $60 is strictly non-refundable for no-shows, lateness or invalid reason.

Gift Vouchers

All HS gift vouchers have an expiration of 12 months from date of purchase. Our vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable

Packages

All HS packages are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. No refunds allowed. Transfers, extensions or suspensions and all cancellations and no-shows will be considered a forfeited visit. 

Under Age

We required phone or written consent by a parent from any clients performing treatments under the age of 18.

Medicine and Medical Conditions

Please inform our friendly staff of any medication or conditions that are relevant for us to be informed of prior to your treatment or on the day of your appointment.
